I had a nice burst of inspiration yesterday when I dug up some old YGO stuff, and watched it. WotC's ch. 3 Is about halfway done, as is WotM latest chapter. Yea! And I might post a little  one shot or something later today.

In other news, the new Anita Blake book.... well:

That Anita has no detecting to do may disappoint some fans, but playing hostess to a gathering of North American vampire Masters of the City, ostensibly in town for a performance by a vampiric ballet troupe, keeps her plenty busy. When the vampire ballet takes the stage toward the end, several new plot elements emerge. The very lack of a finale suggests that there's no end in sight for this fabulously imagined series.

WTF? That really does not sound encouraging.  No mystery to solve??? Um, excuse me but that was what I started reading for. Also, ballet; is LKH mind melting?

Some how I think I won't be buying the hard cover.

Let's see, what else to talk about. Our kittens are very cute. I want a digital camera for my birthday (which is in a week). I'm going to see my best friend later today, which is going to wonderful. I dug up my list of YGO crossover ideas and found seven more that I'm seriously considering writing. Can I kill my muse? My muse is wonderful. But this is an addition to my other fandoms.

Anyway, I'm gonna write some and run a new snippet past my little brother to see what he thinks. I'm not gonna post it yet as it's the start of another story.

And I need to clean my room. Curses!
