Thanks for the warnings. I've got a fairly high level of tolerance for reading violence as long as it's not just for the sake of violence.
...The psychological breakdowns are more or less just the icing on the cake for me. The only thing I'm really worried about is there being too many viewpoint characters. When that starts happening, I just start skimming, typically.
