To my immune system:

If I could fire you, I totally would. Yes, really. I'm sick again.

No love,

Me

Get some sleep, don't do anything too tiring and if you're feeling hot and icky with fever it's a good idea to go outside for a bit. If it is a fever then eating can actually make it worse, the opposite applies if it's a cold. Hmm, drinking lots of liquids is good whatever... have someone fix you a honey and lemon drink and get better soon!

Yeah, I know how it goes. I get rather sick three to four times a year. I just hate how my immune system utter FAILS so often. I'm usually sick for about a week or more.

Last time I was sick was before finals this May and right after, when I went to Japan and China. During the swine flu scare. I remember having to go into broken Japanese to say that I didn't have a fever or most of the other symptoms when the health officials bordered the plane.

Hot lemon water with honey sounds good right now. *wanders off to make some*

*Hugs you*

Sounds like you're like me and get sick more often when you're stressed, I always start to wane when there are exams. All you can do is eat right, take supplements and sleep as much as possible during these times. *Fluffs your pillow*

I got sick when I went to Japan too, my second or third last day I had a really high fever and had to stay in the hotel all day. Thankfully it didn't go on more than that, maybe because I couldn't afford to look sick when I got back on the plane.

Did you get quarantined? Swine flu is such a sensation right now in that part of the world, the amount of sighs and announcements there were...

Well, your Japanese pwns mine in that respect. I really don't know any medical related Japanese except for 'my (insert body part here) hurts'. >_>

No quarantine. Thank god. But we did have to record our temperature each day and such. But in China, one girl had a fluctuating temperature and it took hours to get her back.

Well, it was broken Japanese, but I did get across the point that I didn't have diarrhea, stomach cramps, or a fever and hadn't been to Mexico or near the border.
